Hugh Simmons, Director
Hugh is a skilled and experienced Managing Director having spent much of his career, prior to moving into business advice/consultancy in 2001, running a number of SME businesses, including Attica Interactive the electronic publisher and part of the Air Group. He has proven his ability to take control of difficult situations and companies, identify the strategic and tactical issues and deliver results.
Hugh has highly effective financial and analytical skills and a firm grounding in both the business and consumer markets, with wide experience of new and emerging technologies.
Hugh has experience of MBO's, sales and acquisitions gained from within the management roles he has had and from the outside in assisting others to achieve their aspirations.
In 2003, he formed an alliance with Ernie Wallace and jointly formed Business Steps Ltd. He has subsequently worked with a number of SME businesses in the South of England to assist them with business growth, sales, marketing and business planning.
