Ernie Wallace, Director
Ernie has a very successful career having spent time in different markets and industries. He started in sales then over a 15 year period moved through various management structures. He changed career and joined Apple Computers as European/UK Director of Business and Training for the dealer network. Later moving to Honeywell as General Manager of a new division "Express", he grew this business over 6 years to £44m turnover with profits at 32%.
Ernie then joined DNCS Computer services as Managing Director, followed by Reuters as a Director to assist in the acquisition of Vamp Health UK. Ernie joined Solution 6 an Australian financial software Company as Director EMEA (equivalent to MD role). He was headhunted for SAGE UK as Director of Operations for a two year contract to oversee their merger with four accountancy software houses.
Ernie then set up his own company Business Patterns Associates offering professional business services to both medium and large companies. He set up a company in Mauritius specialising in off-shore financial dealings and also selling SAGE financial software. Subsequently he formed Business Steps Ltd in partnership with Hugh Simmons.
